A typical stone cottage from the Beiras region, recently renovated by Architect Pedro Brigida, where natural materials such as wood and burel are prevalent. It is located at just 15 minutes from Seia and from Gouveia.

There is also a kitchen equipped with an electric hob and oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, and fridge.
On the lower floor, the house features two bedrooms, a full bathroom with a shower, and a toilet. Additionally, there is an extra sink in the hallway for added convenience.

With a capacity to accommodate up to five adult guests, it offers a double bed, a bunk bed, and a sofa bed. A cot for a baby is also available.
The house ensures comfort throughout the year, with underfloor heating on the lower floor and radiators on the first floor. For warmer days, the living room has got with air conditioning.
