Recently renovated by Architect Pedro Brígida, the cottage reflects his signature style, showcasing natural materials like wood and burel. This traditional stone cottage from the Beiras region is located at 15 minutes from Seia and from Gouveia.
On the upper floor, the spacious, bright living room opens directly onto the garden and enjoys a privileged view of centuries-old trees.
The fully equipped kitchen features a stove, electric oven, dishwasher, kettle, and fridge, ready for you to enjoy.
The ground floor is to relax. The furniture was designed with elegant simplicity by Architect Pedro Brígida.
The staircase leads to the bunk bedroom with a sofa bed. From here, you can access the double bedroom, featuring a desk and suitable for a travel cot.
We offer a full bathroom with a shower, and another one with a toilet and sink. For added convenience, there is also a washbasin in the access corridor.
The house ensures comfort throughout the year, featuring underfloor heating on the lower floor and radiators on the upper floor. For warmer days, meanwhile, the living room is equipped with air conditioning.
